Phoenix Property Partners began with a plan to buy and renovate houses, working with investors to fund the properties. That way of thinking still shapes how we work.

For investors and property owners, we take on the same work we do for homeowners: kitchens and baths, basements and living spaces, whole-home renovations, and roofing, siding and windows. The difference is the goal. We plan the work around what you want from the property.

We are also open to larger development projects with the right partners. If you are interested in investing, or you have a property you are thinking about selling, we are always open to the conversation.
